Weekend Training Plan – July 14-15th

Here is our weekend training plan

Saturday July 14th

  • Move Your Feet, Move the World 5k

Some of us will be running the 5k on Saturday. We will plan for a group run after the race. We will start about 30 minutes after run. Run another 3 miles on the course.

Sunday July 15th

  • First 20 miler of the season
  • Starting time: 5:30 AM for all 20+miler runner  and 6:30 AM who are NOT going full distance – 13+miles
  • Location: Old Brownell – new National Bank of Commerce, 813 Shades Crest Parkway, Mt Brook
  • Route: Brownell-Green Spring-Brownell-Homewood (we may try trakshak 5 miles wed loop)-English Village-Crestline-Brownell
