Summer Running Tips – How to Beat the Heat?

Here some more tips to Beat the Heat:

  • Start early – before sunrise
  • Start Late – after sunset
  • Drink – before-during-after a run
  • Put a hat on
  • Wear light running clothes
  • Walk – as needed to cool down
  • Always change to dry clothes after run
  • Put sun screen before run. If possible, again during.
  • Know your limit to fight the heat
  • Stop Running – if you feel uncomfortable
  • Hydrate-Hydrate-Hydrate during-before-after a run
  • Enjoy and Be careful

Training Must go on Hot Or Cold!
