- Start early – before sunrise
- Start Late – after sunset
- Drink – before-during-after a run
- Put a hat on
- Wear light running clothes
- Walk – as needed to cool down
- Always change to dry clothes after run
- Put sun screen before run. If possible, again during.
- Know your limit to fight the heat
- Stop Running – if you feel uncomfortable
- Hydrate-Hydrate-Hydrate during-before-after a run
- Enjoy and Be careful
