  1. Yeah, I pretty much know how to eat right too. In all hosenty I hate counting points, calories but don’t mind writing down what I eat. I believe eating clean, cutting out the processed food and just eating consistently will get me there. I tend to skip meals in order to get other things in my day done. That would be great to help each other. There is a 1/2 marathon in October in my town and/or do the St.Jude 1/2 in Memphis in December.This weekend I am sitting down and planning my exercise schedule and how I am going to eat.I am embarrased to go back to my gym but I know I need to get over it and just get back there. I may try to go when it is not as crowded just to get myself back in there!
