MR72: In this week’s episode, I talked with Melinda Howard. Once Melinda was 275 pound heavier. Over the year with the help of healthy diet and exercise, Melinda lost 170 lbs. Once she needed 24 hrs Oxygen support, now she is training to run a 100 miles race in December 2017. In recent years, she ran the London Marathon, the Berlin Marathon, and more. She has a lot of stories to tell us about her journey from couch to distance running.
